Creative Reset Workshop

A 2-hour immersive mixed media experience

This Creative Reset is an intimate, hands-on workshop designed to help you loosen creative blocks, reconnect with intuition, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and creatively confident.
Over the course of the workshop, we’ll move through four guided 30-minute artistic exercises that gently build upon one another. Each exercise focuses on releasing perfectionism, exploring color and texture, and becoming more comfortable with creative expression. (No prior art experience required.)
You’ll experiment with:
•Intuitive mark making to quiet the inner critic
•Expressive color layering to tap into emotion
•Textural collage using vintage imagery and mixed media
•A final sealing process that transforms your work into a finished piece
This workshop is less about “making art the right way” and more about permission, play, and presence. All materials are provided, and the small group size allows for personal guidance, meaningful connection, and a deeply supportive creative environment.
You’ll leave with:
•Multiple layered works created during the process
•One completed mixed media piece
•Renewed creative confidence and clarity
•A nervous-system-friendly reset through art
Space is intentionally limited to 6 participants to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
